Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns on entire or partial orders. If you decide to return an item for any reason, please email We will assist you in processing your return.


  1. Email us at as soon as possible after receiving your order to receive your Return Authorization Number. 
  2. Ship it back – You are responsible for all shipping charges.
  3. Get your Refund – If we receive your item within 30 days from date of purchase in its original packaging,  you will receive a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping cost and a 20% restock fee.


  • After 30 days past the date of delivery, the order is considered closed and a return cannot be authorized. 
  • Exchanges are permitted within 15 days of receipt without a restocking fee, but you will need to pay for shipping.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and have been properly stored. Installed product can not be exchanged or returned. 
  • Returns or exchanges are not permitted on final sales, special deals, special orders, and clearance items.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA). Customers must email  to obtain a Return Authorization Number as promptly as possible after receiving the order. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, it is very important to clearly reference your RA# on the outside of the package. This number is used internally to track your return to ensure your credit is promptly issued. 
  • processes refunds after receiving the return. You can expect to receive your refund within two weeks after shipping your item back to us. Refunds will only be issued in the same form of payment as that used to make your purchase.
  • The return must be in resalable cartons and must be received by within 30 days of the date on the original sales invoice. Please package returns carefully so they arrive in original condition.

SHIPPING CHARGES & RESTOCKING FEES shall cover the return shipping charges and restocking fees under the following conditions:

  • Merchandise damaged in transit
  • Incorrect shipment received due to our error
